Ipswich Receives Major Technology Upgrades at a Bargain
Over the past year the technology department has been working hard to implement a major overhaul of the school’s technology. Funding was provided by the William Payne Grant Program for upgrading the school district’s network infrastructure and classroom equipment. By relying on in-house expertise and recruiting volunteers, the technology department was able to stretch the allocated funds to upgrade even more than was specified in the original grant. Already staff and students are noticing a big improvement in the overall system reliability and benefiting from the use of many new devices.
